- Four methods for working around Office 365's AutoSave feature - TechRepublic
- "Unfortunately, and frankly inexplicably, Microsoft decided to make the AutoSave feature not only automatic, but also permanently on. There is no option to turn it off—if you open a document residing on OneDrive and make any change to it at all, the old version of the document is gone and you are left with the current version, complete with a new timestamp."
- Method 1: Don't use OneDrive
- Method 2: Copy to PC, then save to OneDrive with a new name
- Method 3: Save a copy
- Method 4: Turn AutoSave off each time you open the document
- Method 5: Password protect the file (after you have finished editing it), then edit a copy of it next time.

- How to Sync Outlook Signatures Across Devices: An Easy Guide
- 2022-10-25 - Can I sync my Outlook signature to other devices? As of now, the only Outlook signatures that sync are those you create on Outlook.com. If you only use Outlook in your web browser, your signature is automatically synced with your account. Just sign in to Outlook.com anywhere in the world and you'll see the same signatures. However, these signatures do not sync to Outlook for desktop or the Outlook mobile apps.
Open Outlook on the computer that has the signature. If you want to use the same Outlook signature from your desktop installation on another computer, you'll need to copy and paste it into a new signature. The easiest way to do this is to send yourself an email from the computer that has the correct signature, open that email on the new computer, and then copy that signature into a new signature file.
