- Appendices (as necessary)
- Page heading (at the top of each Appendix page): Appendix A (Appendix A will be the first appendix, Appendix B will be the second appendix, etc.)
- Appendix | Wikipedia = text added to the end of a book or an article, containing information that is important to, but is not the main idea of, the main text.
- Appendices | Dictionary.com = supplementary material at the end of a book, article, document, or other text, usually of an explanatory, statistical, or bibliographic nature. Synonyms: addendum, adjunct, appurtenance; addition, supplement. = Appendix, supplement both mean material added at the end of a book. An appendix gives useful additional information, but even without it the rest of the book is complete: In the appendix are forty detailed charts. A supplement, bound in the book or published separately, is given for comparison, as an enhancement, to provide corrections, to present later information.
- Appendices can include documents, financial statements, tables, figures, etc...
- It is helpful to label each appendix as "Appendix A", "Appendix B", etc., so that you can refer to the information in that Appendix in the body of your paper. (e.g. "for details about the company's 1999 income statement, please refer to Appendix F")
